Tentaku is a personal study tool a student installs on their own computer. It is not a school vendor, does not contract with institutions, and never receives student records.

Audio and transcripts are stored on the student’s device. Text excerpts are sent only to the AI provider the student chose, under the student’s own account and that provider’s terms; Tentaku has no access to them.

Because Tentaku holds no student data, there is nothing for an institution to request, audit or delete from us.

Students remain responsible for their institution’s recording and academic-integrity policies.
